NUEROFY ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective Date: 08.10.26

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules for using the Nuerofy learning platform, website and AI-powered tools provided by First Health and Safety Ltd, trading as Nuerofy.com (“Nuerofy”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

This Policy forms part of the Nuerofy Platform Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with it. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Platform Terms and Conditions.

1. Permitted Use

Nuerofy is designed to support organisations in delivering workplace learning, training and compliance.

You may use the Platform to:

– access and complete training courses;
– take assessments and track progress;
– create and manage training content;
– upload learning materials;
– generate courses, assessments, translations, voiceovers and videos using AI-powered tools;
– manage learning and compliance records across your organisation.

All use must be lawful, for your organisation’s internal purposes and consistent with the intended purpose of the Platform.

2. Prohibited Use

You must not, and must ensure your Users do not, use the Platform to:

– upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory or offensive content;
– upload copyrighted materials without the appropriate rights or permission;
– introduce malicious code, viruses or harmful software;
– attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data;
– copy, modify or reverse engineer any part of the Platform;
– use automated tools to scrape, extract or harvest data, other than through the documented API;
– disrupt or interfere with Platform performance or security;
– deliver training to individuals outside your organisation, or resell, sublicense or white-label the Platform, unless a reseller or partner arrangement with Nuerofy is in place.

Any breach of these rules may result in restricted access or account termination.

3. Course Library and Platform Content

Courses, videos, voiceovers, assessments, templates and other content made available through the Platform are licensed for use within the Platform only.

You must not download, extract, copy, record, screen-capture or otherwise reproduce this content, or reuse it outside the Platform, including in other learning systems, presentations, websites or printed materials.

Learner records, certificates and completion data may be exported through the Platform’s reporting and export tools for your organisation’s own compliance purposes.

4. Avatar and AI-Generated Video

Avatar and AI-generated videos are produced using licensed stock avatars and voices.

Such videos, whether part of the Course Library or generated by you, may be used only within courses delivered on the Platform. You must not download them, use or modify them outside the Platform, present them as recordings of real people, or sell, distribute or sublicense them separately.

Nuerofy may remove or disable any video that breaches these conditions or the terms of its avatar licence.

5. AI-Powered Tools

Nuerofy includes AI-powered tools to support course creation, translation, voiceover and video generation, assessments and reporting.

You are responsible for:

– reviewing all AI-generated content before it is published or used;
– checking the accuracy of materials produced, including translations;
– ensuring compliance with your internal policies and legal requirements;
– confirming you have permission to use any content you upload.

Nuerofy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or legal suitability of AI-generated outputs, and does not provide legal, regulatory, health and safety or professional advice through its AI-powered tools.

6. AI Credits

AI-powered features within the Platform consume AI Credits.

Platform subscriptions include a monthly allocation of AI Credits as set out in your Subscription Order Form. Additional credits may be purchased if usage exceeds the included allowance. The number of AI Credits consumed by each action is published within the Platform.

AI Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable, and may not be transferred between customers or resold. Full terms for AI Credits are set out in the Platform Terms and Conditions.

Nuerofy may monitor AI usage to ensure fair and responsible use of Platform resources.

7. Uploading Content

You may upload documents and materials to create training content.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

– you have the legal right to use and share the material;
– the content does not infringe intellectual property rights;
– confidential information is not included without proper authorisation;
– the content complies with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any content that does not comply with this Policy.

8. Security Responsibilities

Users must take appropriate steps to protect their account details and prevent unauthorised access.

– Login credentials are personal to the named User and must not be shared.
– Any suspected breach or unauthorised access must be reported to Nuerofy immediately.

You remain responsible for all activity carried out under your organisation’s accounts.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if this Policy is breached, or if activity poses a risk to the Platform’s security, integrity or performance, in accordance with the Platform Terms and Conditions.

10. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the latest version.
